Ever since I can remember I was involved with some type of athletic sport. I
started at an early age of six with my older brother and sister in ten pin bowling
with our Father as our coach in a Saturday league. During the summer months of
grammar school vacation, our Town held a Recreational Program and I was voted
Ms. Playground several years in a row for my athletic ability.
Once I reached Jr. and Sr. years of High School I started playing field
hockey, basketball and softball competitively. To mix it up in my senior year, I
decided to play volleyball with some of my other classmates which was different
and wonderful because we won the State Championship that year!
I continued playing softball into my late 20’s and weekly league bowling
into my mid 40’s respectfully. Eventually, once I started working I played
Walleyball and Racketball which was totally fast and exciting to keep my body
toned.Even if you have a get together in your own living room, everyone needs a
